Is there any hardware to install?
No. Pathwave uses the Wi-Fi router your store already has. Just enter its name and password in the store web.
Can my staff use it too?
Up to 10 staff per store. Contact us if you need more.
How do I pay?
A 24-month one-time payment. The details are on the store sign-up screen.
What if I cancel partway through?
You get back the amount paid minus the ₩50,000 activation and setup cost and ₩15,000 for each month used. See the refund policy for details.
Which languages are supported?
Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified, Traditional, Hong Kong), French and Vietnamese.
