Coupons and push messages are add-ons that are not included in the monthly fee; you buy them separately as you need them. Each additional router is ₩5,000/mo (+ VAT). For prepayment of 1 year or more, or for multiple stores, please contact us.
Can I start right after signing up?
Yes. Once you sign up with email verification, you can log in right away and set up your store details, menu and QR. Listing in visitor search, the free trial and payments open after you send a service application (Apply) in the store web and we confirm it.
Is there any hardware to install?
No. Pathwave uses the Wi-Fi router your store already has. Just enter its name and password in the store web.
Can my staff use it too?
Up to 10 staff per store. Contact us if you need more.
How do I pay?
₩30,000 a month + VAT (₩33,000 charged to your card each month), with no long-term contract. For prepayment of 1 year or more, or for multiple stores, please contact us.
What if I cancel partway through?
You can cancel anytime. We stop charging from the next month, with no penalty, and you can use the month you have already paid for until it ends. See the refund policy for details.

Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified, Traditional, Hong Kong), French and Vietnamese.
